Introduction to Diesel Engine Pump Unit
The full name of the fully automatic diesel engine pump set is emergency diesel engine water pump set, which can be selected according to the specific requirements of the lift, flow rate, and liquid transportation in the usage site. The flow rate range of the transported liquid is 10-870L/s, the pressure range is 0.15-6MPa, and the diesel engine speed range is 1500-2900rpm.
Diesel pump sets are commonly used for emergency water supply in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, water companies, steel plants, distilleries, chemical plants, hotels, hospitals, etc. The diesel emergency water supply pump set is suitable for unmanned emergency water supply systems. The product has the characteristics of high automation, superior performance, complete protection functions, reasonable structure, easy installation, and high cost-effectiveness. When the factory suddenly loses power and the diesel engine emergency water supply pump set automatically starts to replenish the pressure of the pipeline network.
Select according to different working conditions: single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, high-pressure multi-stage pump, double suction medium opening pump, etc.

2. Environmental temperature:- 25～55℃
3. Relative humidity of the air: 9-95%
4. Earthquake intensity: 7 degrees
5. Flow range: 50-700 (L/S)

8. Materials of overcurrent components: cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, cast copper.
Diesel engine fully automatic control cabinet:
1. Equipped with manual and fully automatic control functions. When the self start signal is input or the start button is manually pressed, the controller automatically completes program control and process control such as self start, unit operation, and fault shutdown protection.
2. Automatic monitoring function. Automatically monitor the speed changes of the engine during start-up, idle, acceleration, full speed, etc., automatically complete the input and withdrawal of the starter motor, stop the engine when the speed is too high or too low, and output the operation (closing) signal after the speed is normal. Diesel engine operation status display function. According to the current operating status of the system, the indicator light or display screen indicates the current status of the equipment, including standby, power on, fuel supply, self start, speed display, idle delay, normal operation, cooling shutdown, emergency shutdown, etc.
